Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
Take and develop dental x-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns
*Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant
Proficient in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for dental prosthetics
Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry
Experience using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry and orthodontics is a plus
Experience working as a dental receptionist is an advantage
Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system is preferred
