The team at URBAN DENTAL located in MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE

• 32+ hours per week
• Days of the week-, Tues - Saturday (alternate) but may change

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1-2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is a must have.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
