Who You Are
You’re a **seasoned Dental Assistant (Level II)** with **5+ years of experience**, looking to step into a **leadership role**. You’re confident in restorative workflows — and you’ve worked hands-on in an **in-house lab setting**. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and a master of keeping clinical operations running smoothly.
You love organizing, optimizing, and mentoring while keeping your team and schedule on track. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative space and are ready to help take patient care to the next level.
Your Superpowers (aka Responsibilities)
- Serve as **clinical lead** and direct support to our dentists during all procedures: crowns, implants, bridges, fillings, ortho, and more
- **Manage lab workflows**, including milling, 3D printing, staining, and crown finishing
- Keep the **daily schedule on track** and ensure seamless patient flow
- Lead **sterilization and IPAC compliance** protocols with precision
- Take diagnostic imaging and digital scans (X-rays, iTero)
- Oversee inventory and **clinical supply ordering**:
- Accurately chart in Oryx or Curve software
- Guide patients confidently through treatment steps and post-op care
What You Bring to the Chair
- **5+ years as a Level II Dental Assistant** with proven **restorative experience**:
- **Hands-on in-house lab experience** — milling, 3D printing, crown design or finishing
- Strong organizational and **time management** skills
- Experience with Oryx, Curve, or other digital dental software
- Valid **HARP** and **IPAC** certification
- A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Bonus if you’ve led a clinical team or trained junior assistants
