Role Description
We are seeking experienced and dedicated dentists to join dynamic healthcare teams across various Canadian provinces. The role involves delivering high-quality dental care, diagnosing oral health conditions, performing treatments, and educating patients on maintaining good oral health. Key Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
Diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections.
Performing dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals according to clinical best practices.
Developing and discussing personalized treatment plans with patients.
Educating patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to privacy and clinical standards.
Collaborating with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
Supporting patients in managing their long-term oral health and recovery processes.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience in dentistry from your home country.
Dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent).
Licensure with a Canadian provincial or territorial dental regulatory body (or preparedness to complete the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) certification process).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A patient-centred approach with a commitment to providing exceptional dental care.
Willingness to relocate and integrate into the Canadian healthcare system.
Benefits
Salary packages from CAD 120,000 to CAD 250,000 annually (depending on experience and location).
