Associate Dentist

Overview

We are a modern, patient-focused dental clinic in Mississauga, ON, looking for a compassionate and experienced Associate Dentist to join our vibrant, supportive team of dentists, dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative professionals.

Position Highlights

Schedule

• Flexible days: 1 or 2 days per week. The successful candidate can work any day from Monday to Thursday.
• Working Hours: Start at 10:00 AM till 7:00 PM.
• Optional Saturdays: 1-2 per month, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Clinical Requirements

• Experienced and confident in all dental specialties, especially extractions, endodontics, and molar root canal treatments. Candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered.
• Committed to providing full-service care and emergency care— we strive to minimize referrals outside of our office.
• Able to treatment plan comprehensively and ethically, and communicate clearly with patients.
• Efficient in managing workflow between their schedule and hygiene recares and COEs.
• Able to utilize digital technology such as digital scanners, soft tissue laser machines, etc.
• Excellent chairside manner. Kind, gentle and warm with patients.
• Excellent quality of dental work, no rushed service, no patchwork dentistry. We promise high quality work and we aim to deliver.
• Excellent work ethics and team collaboration. Respectful to, and compassionate with dental assistants and admin staff.
• Collaborates well with other dentists in practice by referring internally.
