We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 5 years Experienced Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and office procedures. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with both patients and healthcare providers to facilitate treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options.
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Collaborate with dental staff to streamline patient care processes.
- Assist in managing front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling administrative tasks.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Abeldent for record-keeping and appointment management.
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options.
- Ensure compliance with medical office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in electronic dental records management.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental treatments.
- Strong experience as a front desk receptionist or dental receptionist is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
