Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence in their care plans.

Key Responsibilities

Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients
Coordinate and schedule treatments efficiently
Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and payment plans
Follow up with patients regarding pending treatments
Liaise between dentists, hygienists, and administrative team
Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience from consultation to completion
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous dental experience (required)
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Experience with dental software (Tracker is an asset)
Solid understanding of insurance billing and coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
