We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix and other relevant software.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Proficiency in using dental software such as Abeldent and Epic for patient management.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Ability to work effectively in a pediatric setting, providing care tailored to children’s needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD/BDS Program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam
Certified with NDEB
Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO
Canadian experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,162.80-$301,126.33 per year
