Service Manager - Dental Technical Services

Medline Sinclair (sinclairdental.com) is currently searching for a Service Manager for our Mississauga Branch. The Service Manager is responsible for delivering service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role focuses on enhancing productivity, performance, safety, efficiency, inventory health, and profitability through effective processes implemented by the Service Team Leads & Technicians.

💼 What You’ll Do💼

• Lead and coach Service Team Leads & Technicians to deliver exceptional results
• Drive productivity and performance using Power BI metrics and smart workload planning
• Oversee scheduling, work order management, and day-to-day operations
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and foster Service–Sales collaboration
• Manage onboarding, training, and safety programs
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to salary planning
• Lead quarterly service meetings and team events
• Ensure inventory accuracy within +/- 3% annually
• Maintain legislative compliance, enforce policies, and ensure a safe work environment

📌 What You Bring📌

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of proven leadership in service or installation environments
• Strong background in cost management and operational performance
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or plumbing systems
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office, enterprise systems)
