Salary:

The compensation package varies by practice but typically includes a daily guarantee, additional production bonuses, and an annual earning potential of $200,000-$300,000+ based on location. Sign-on or relocation bonuses, health and supplemental insurance, 401k, and access to free and discounted CE courses are also part of the package.

Job Description:

We have multiple Associate positions available in various locations across the United States. Our associate positions include opportunities for General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, Endodontists, and Oral Surgeons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for local leadership and clinical care, while Mb2 handles all non-clinical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a DDS/DMD degree from a Canadian-accredited program and be able to pass state licensure requirements. A desire to relocate to the United States is also essential.
