General Dentist

Overview

A dedicated and compassionate General Dentist committed to delivering high-quality comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Skilled in diagnosis, treatment planning, and prevention of oral diseases, with a strong emphasis on patient education, comfort, and long-term oral health. Adept at working in fast-paced clinical environments while maintaining exceptional standards of care and professionalism.

Part Time - 2-3 days per week. Adult Dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide a full range of dental services including restorations, extractions, endodontic therapy, crowns, bridges, prosthetics, and preventive care.
• Administer local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance.
• Review radiographs and other diagnostic tests to identify oral pathologies and treatment needs.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advances in dental techniques, technology, and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Licensed General Dentist in Canada
• Active dental license in good standing.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management abilities.
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital dentistry (intraoral scanners, CBCT, digital radiography).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Job Type: Part-time
