The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING: • Full-time position • Permanent employment • State-of-the-art technologies • Free Parking • Opportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices. • Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist SCHEDULE: • Weekdays • Every other Saturday WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Registered with Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario. • CPR certificate • 1+ year of general dentistry experience preferred. • Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions and diseases. • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients. • Perform routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions. • Evaluate patients' oral health and provide preventive care and education. • Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests. • Collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to deliver efficient and effective patient care. • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. • Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism. • Valid CPR Certification • Willing to treat children as well as adults. • Full administrative support & paperless record keeping via Tracker. 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
