Dental Hygienist

Job description

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist for our dental office in Mississauga. Our mission is to provide a positive patient experience and work environment, so we are looking for someone who really enjoys serving patients and has a natural enthusiasm for the field of dentistry and for helping others while providing high-quality personalized care.

Most importantly, our office is looking for someone who is a team player, who is organized, has good communication skills, and is responsible.

All details will be discussed in the interview. Minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Tracker is an asset. Fluency in English is a must and Spanish is a strong asset.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma.
• Registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (C.D.H.O).
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Tracker dental software is an asset.
• The whitening procedure is an asset.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of IPAC Guidelines is a must.
• Must be able to work with computers in a digital-paperless office.
• Digital x-rays and photographs; both intraoral, extraoral and panoramic.

Sterilization, cleaning up and preparing treatment rooms.

Educate patients on optimum dental health while providing hygiene services.

Treating all patients based on respect.

Greeting patients and making them feel welcome.
