As a Dental Equipment Technician at Hatch Group Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our dental equipment. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing field, providing technical support to dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Installation and Maintenance**: Install, set up, and maintain dental equipment at client locations, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
- *Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with dental equipment, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.
- *Repair and Calibration**: Conduct repairs and calibrations on dental equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- *Product Training**: Provide training to dental professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
- *Technical Support**: Respond to technical inquiries from clients and collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve technical issues.
- *Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance activities.
- *Quality Control**: Conduct quality control checks on equipment before installation and after repairs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- *Collaboration**:Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in biomedical technology, electronics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a dental equipment technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental equipment, including chairs, x-rays, sterilization equipment, and other related technology.
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
