Full Time Dental Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Applicant should have a Dental Assisting qualification Level I or II and should have a minimum 4 years experience in Canada as an assistant. Please apply in confidence.

Duties

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for patient procedures
• Assist the dentist during various dental treatments
• Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
• Manage patient records using dental software such as AbelDent
• Provide post-treatment instructions and ensure patient comfort throughout visits
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and medical histories using medical terminology
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
