Your Role

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
• Manage appointment schedules to optimize productivity and minimize gaps
• Effectively communicate with patients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
• Process referrals, patient correspondence, and maintain accurate records and charts

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience required
• Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
