Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and existing customers to advise of sales and services available, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include, making sales calls, answering phone calls, providing product information, processing orders, and maintaining positive customer relationships. You will also engage in proactive sales activities to promote our products and services.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the dental industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
