Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Office Manager to lead our team at Dental Loft Mississauga . This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent patient experiences, all aligned with our commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise and support dental staff and administrative personnel.
Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and records management.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Implement and utilize Cleardent software for practice management.
Coordinate staff training and development.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in budgeting and inventory control.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing a dental office.
Proficiency in Dentrix or similar practice management software.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
Prior experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
Background in human resources or staff management is advantageous
