We’re a well-established dental practice with over 34 years of trusted service in our community, and we’re looking for a full-time, permanent team member to help us transition into an exciting new chapter—bringing modern technology, updated systems, and even more smiles to our amazing patients.

Work Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the face of the practice—greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinating appointments, treatment plans, and financial arrangements
• Maintaining accurate patient records and charts
• Supporting both clinical and administrative staff with scheduling and communication
• Utilizing ABELDent software (experience is a strong asset)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in dental administration or treatment coordination
• ABELDent knowledge is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A proactive, team-first attitude
• Passion for patient care and efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
