Fly-In/Fly-Out Associate Dentist – British Columbia
123Dentist is hiring Fly-In/Fly-Out Associate Dentists to support multiple clinics across rural British Columbia. This role is ideal for dentists seeking flexible schedules, high earning potential, and strong mentorship. New graduates with the right mindset and interest in mentorship are encouraged to apply. Eligible dentists can receive up to $60,000 in federal loan forgiveness over five years for serving in designated rural community.
Coverage Duration - Flexible terms ranging from several weeks to multiple months.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
- Customized FIFO schedules
- Relocation packages based on the experience of the dentist
- Canada Student Loan Forgiveness eligibility – up to $60,000 over 5 years

Compensation

What You Need
- Registration or eligibility with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
- Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but open to new graduate’s welcome with mentorship provided
