Can manage all aspects of a patient’s treatment and be a critical point of contact for patients throughout their appointment
Has a positive & professional demeanor and can communicate with patients, providers, and other staff members in a professional manner
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
