*SCHEDULE**:
** 36-40 hours per week**:
** Weekdays, Weeknights, Weekends**
*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

As a Dental administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere in our reception area. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Duties:
Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dental receptionist and/or dental assistant is an asset
Proficiency in dental software such as Tracker is an asset
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
