St. Lawrence Dentistry is a rapidly growing, Mississauga based family practice with an incredible passion for our patients and colleagues. We are looking for a friendly, professional individual to join our team as Treatment Coordinator/ Receptionist and help coordinate patient care, treatment plans, billing, and assist with day-to-day office operations.

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a treatment coordinator role or similar
Experience in electronic medical records preferred (paperless office)
Strong dental knowledge
Strong computer skills (Tracker, MS Office, Excel, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
*Responsibilities**:
Assist with scheduling appointments for patients and providers within the practice.
Prepare treatment plans, patient bills, and communicate with providers and patients on a daily basis.
Assist with patient care including medication management, referrals, referrals tracking, patient education, etc. within the practice.
Perform all necessary data entry into the practice management system (Tracker) for all new patients.
Perform all necessary data entry into the practice management system for all current patients.
Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, billing, insurance verification, etc. within the practice.
*Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate

Mississauga, ON L5G 4V6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
