Previous experience in a dental office setting
Proficiency in ClearDent or similar dental software
Familiarity with intra-oral scanning for digital impressions
Proficient in using computers and dental management software
Knowledgeable about dental terminology, dental insurance and scheduling
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
