*Responsibilities**
Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring accurate patient documentation.
Coordinate scheduling for staff and patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow.
Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Facilitate human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations for clinic staff.
Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards in all patient interactions and documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
*Skills**
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Abeldent or similar software.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing teams within a dental or medical office environment.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with acute care practices and protocols is preferred.
Excellent understanding of medical terminology relevant to the clinic's services.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
