You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment and systems, as well as troubleshooting any network issues that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network enhancements and upgrades.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including VPN technologies and remote access solutions. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and digital x-ray systems is also required. You should possess excellent technical support skills and be able to effectively communicate with end-users. Proficiency in using help desk software such as Remedy or Jira is highly desirable.
