**Overview**
- *Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents as needed.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Uphold confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- *Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a dental office setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various situations with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
