**Overview**

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents as needed.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
  • Uphold confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a dental office setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various situations with professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
