  • *Job Summary**:
  • *Areas of Expertise**:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills as needed.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM software, and social media management tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Knowledge of building industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • Craft and implement holistic marketing plans to meet company objectives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, engaging customers, and generating leads.
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Establish and maintain a digital asset management system.
  • Proactively monitor project deadlines and milestones, identifying potential bottlenecks or delays and taking action to address them.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams (e.g. Operations, Innovations & Technology, Education) to synchronize marketing endeavors with business aims and product/service offerings.
  • Offer creative input on content creation, spanning photography, videography, and copywriting.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Evaluate marketing performance through metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis to refine strategies effectively in order to report to the marketing manager.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, adopting best practices and leveraging emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing approaches.
