Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across search, social, and video platforms.

This role is directly accountable for new patient acquisition, lead quality, and conversion performance across multiple clinic locations. The position also plays a key role in marketing automation and lead lifecycle optimization using GoHighLevel.

The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, and commercially minded, with a clear understanding that paid media is a revenue lever—not a branding exercise.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across:
  • Google Search
  • Performance Max
  • Display
  • YouTube
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Build and maintain structured, multi-location campaign architectures, including:
  • Geo-targeting and radius targeting
  • Clinic-specific offers and messaging
  • Translate business objectives into clear media strategies, budgets, targeting frameworks, and execution plans.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize against KPIs, including:
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per booked appointment
  • Conversion rate
  • Identify underperforming spend quickly and reallocate budgets to higher-performing campaigns and locations.
  • Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Marketing Automation & GoHighLevel Management

  • Manage and optimize GoHighLevel for lead capture, tracking, and automation workflows.
  • Build and maintain automations including:
  • SMS, email, and voicemail follow-ups
  • Missed-call text-back workflows
  • Lead routing and tagging by clinic, campaign, and source
  • Ensure paid media leads flow seamlessly from ads into GoHighLevel pipelines and clinic booking workflows.
  • Continuously improve lead-to-booked conversion rates through automation testing and optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to ensure alignment across:
  • Ads and creative
  • Landing pages
  • GoHighLevel workflows
  • Online booking flows
  • Call tracking systems
  • Support testing and rollout of new offers, creatives, and messaging based on performance and automation data.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and standardized paid media and automation processes.

Platform & Analytics Ownership

  • Maintain working knowledge of platform updates, digital advertising trends, and evolving consumer behavior.
  • Ensure conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics setups are accurate and reliable, including:
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Call tracking platforms
  • GoHighLevel reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across search and/or paid social platforms.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience running performance-driven campaigns for service-based or multi-location businesses.
  • Strong proficiency with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Analytics platforms (GA4 preferred)
  • Working experience with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint.

Preferred Assets

  • Experience in dental, medical, or regulated healthcare marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with call tracking and attribution platforms (e.g., CallRail).
  • Active platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta).
  • Experience building or managing marketing automations and CRM pipelines.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior marketing team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
