Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Social Media Coordinator to own, manage, and scale One Dental’s social presence across all clinics. This role requires constant communication with clinic teams, active content sourcing, and disciplined planning to ensure brand consistency and high-performing digital engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across multiple locations.
Job Responsibilities
Multi-Clinic Social Media Ownership
- Manage all social media platforms for every One Dental clinic, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Maintain consistent posting calendars across clinics while tailoring content to each location’s unique offerings, patient base, and activities.
- Ensure brand governance across every piece of content and communication.
Content Sourcing & Coordination
- Proactively reach out to clinic managers and staff through the company work phone to request photos, videos, updates, and campaign materials.
- Conduct regular virtual and in-person check-ins with each clinic to stay informed about promotions, events, staff highlights, patient stories, and community involvement.
- Develop repeatable processes for capturing high-quality visuals and on-the-ground content from clinic teams.
Content Planning & Execution
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars, aligning with organizational marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and clinic-level activities.
- Draft, design, and schedule posts across platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Support YouTube content planning including patient education videos, clinic tours, staff spotlights, and community events.
Campaign Development & Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop high-impact social campaigns that support patient acquisition, brand awareness, and reputation management.
- Coordinate cross-platform campaigns, promotions, and announcements across all clinics.
- Support the rollout of new services, events, and partnerships with targeted content.
Engagement & Brand Building
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across all platforms and respond professionally and promptly according to brand guidelines.
- Identify trends, content opportunities, and competitive benchmarks to inform posting strategy.
- Promote patient reviews, testimonials, staff achievements, and community initiatives to strengthen trust and visibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clinic managers to stay informed of updates, operational changes, staff rotations, and marketing needs.
- Partner with HR, Operations, and the Outreach Coordinator to align content with recruitment, referral programs, and community outreach.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, or external vendors when needed for advanced content production.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track platform performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and post-performance.
- Prepare monthly performance summaries with actionable recommendations.
- Adjust content strategies based on analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Administrative & Workflow Management
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries for each clinic.
- Document content requests, follow-ups, and clinic responses.
- Standardize content submission workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
Additional Responsibilities
The Social Media Coordinator may be assigned additional duties or special projects as the company scales, including support for paid social campaigns, influencer collaborations, or brand-wide digital initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
