Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Outreach Coordinator who will take a proactive, field-focused approach to building and maintaining referral relationships. This role centers on developing strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses to increase patient referrals and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate is personable, persistent, and skilled at relationship management, with the ability to represent One Dental confidently in the community.

Job Responsibilities

Referral Relationship Development

  • Identify, target, and engage physicians, medical clinics, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals who can refer patients to One Dental.
  • Conduct frequent in-person visits to build rapport, introduce One Dental services, and position our clinics as a trusted referral destination.
  • Manage a structured follow-up cadence to maintain relationships, reinforce value propositions, and monitor referral sentiment.

Partnership Growth & Incentive Strategy

  • Support the design and rollout of referral incentive programs tailored to community partners.
  • Deliver marketing kits, brochures, digital assets, and educational materials that help partners easily route patients to our clinics.
  • Provide ongoing enablement including training on referring processes, FAQs, and patient pathway workflows.

Relationship Stewardship & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all referral partners, ensuring consistent communication and top-tier relationship management.
  • Gather feedback from partners and escalate concerns or opportunities to internal teams.
  • Track partner satisfaction, document touchpoints, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.

Field Marketing & Physician Outreach Support

  • Conduct outreach campaigns, drop-offs, and relationship-building visits to healthcare offices across assigned regions.
  • Deliver marketing collateral, update materials, showcase promotional programs, and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of outreach activities, contacts, and partnership status.

Growth & Lead Pipeline Contribution

  • Drive net-new patient volume through systematic partner engagement and high-frequency outreach cycles.
  • Identify gaps in referral flow and collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that support partner needs.
  • Analyze referral patterns, measure partner performance, and recommend optimizations to increase conversion rates.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work with Marketing to ensure referral-focused materials and messaging remain aligned to brand standards.
  • Coordinate with clinic managers to ensure seamless handling of referred patients and optimal partner experience.
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to streamline referral intake processes and improve service delivery.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track outreach KPIs including partner acquisition, referral volume, activity logs, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and insights to guide strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure CRM and tracking systems are updated with accurate partner and outreach information.

Travel is an essential component of this role, including onsite visits, fieldwork, and attendance at relevant events.

Additional Responsibilities

The Outreach Coordinator may be assigned additional tasks and projects as needed to support evolving growth priorities, new service offerings, and regional expansion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
