We are currently seeking a Continuing Education (CE) Course Manager who is responsible for planning, developing, and executing continuing education programs across all clinics within the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supports clinician development, and aligns educational initiatives with business growth and clinical excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CE programs for dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff
- Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Partner with internal leaders and external educators to deliver high-quality content
- Ensure courses align with current clinical standards and best practices
- Ensure CE programs meet requirements set by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
- Maintain accurate CE records and documentation for audits and license renewals
- Track mandatory continuing education credits for all clinicians
- Provide reporting and insights into leadership on training effectiveness and ROI
- Standardize CE offerings across multiple clinic locations
- Customize programs based on clinic needs, specialties, and patient demographics
- Support onboarding and continuous development of new hires
- Daily support for +70 doctors, both on clinical and personal growth
- Introducing clinical score cards and a performance improvement plan for each of the associates to monitor production and improve efficiency
- Participated in creating the company’s strategic growth plan
- Communicated with practice managers for daily operational issues
- Managed regulatory compliance, including IPAC and sedation permits
- Guided doctors through the college-investigation process related to patient complaints
- Mentored doctors daily in various clinics and business aspects
- Daily supports regional managers and practice managers on clinically related issues and equipment & Material procurement
- Plan the event of the National conference and many clinical workshops
- Plan and execute online webinars for Doctors
- Manage 1 Year residency program for newly graduated doctors in collaboration with Prep doctors
- Daily support for +70 doctors, both on clinical and personal growth
Qualifications & Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in continuing education, training coordination, or the dental industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of CE requirements in Ontario dental practice
- Experience with LMS platforms and event coordination
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
