We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 5 years Experienced Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of dental terminology and office procedures. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with both patients and healthcare providers to facilitate treatment plans and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to streamline patient care processes.
  • Assist in managing front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling administrative tasks.
  • Utilize dental software systems such as Abeldent for record-keeping and appointment management.
  • Educate patients on treatment procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options.
  • Ensure compliance with medical office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is required.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in electronic dental records management.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental treatments.
  • Strong experience as a front desk receptionist or dental receptionist is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
