Practice Manager – Dr. David Shier Dentistry

Do you thrive when patients feel cared for and your team runs like clockwork? We’re looking for a Practice Manager who leads with heart, keeps things flowing, and makes every patient experience exceptional.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first smile patients see and the calm voice they trust
• Lead conversations on treatment, fees, and insurance with clarity and empathy
• Keep schedules, operations, and the team running smoothly
• Follow up with patients to support their care journey
• Guide and support the front-office team

Who You Are

• Confident, warm, and organized
• 2+ years in dental admin (lead or senior role preferred)
• Experienced with billing, insurance, and scheduling
• ABELDent savvy
• A natural leader who elevates others

Full-Time | Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30–2:30 | Tues 7:30–8:00 (split shift)
