Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and medical staff, ensuring seamless communication, appointment scheduling, and patient support. The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial part in enhancing patient experience and supporting clinic operations.
We are a growing healthcare group offering both Dental and Derma services, committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality care. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Patient Care & Experience Manager / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who excels in patient communication while also bringing strong marketing skills to build and grow our brand presence.
Duties
- Patient Care & Experience Management:
- Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and manage follow-ups.
- Guide and encourage patients to complete and follow through with recommended treatment plans.
- Maintain a warm, professional, and patient-focused environment in all interactions.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout their visit journey.
- Support daily administrative tasks to ensure clinic efficiency.
Marketing & Communications
- Promote services for both the dental office and The Derma Club through coordinated marketing efforts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create clear, engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with management to propose new marketing ideas, strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a warm, professional, and patient-focused environment in all interactions.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout their visit journey.
- Support daily administrative tasks to ensure clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, communications, or patient-focused roles (healthcare experience an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create compelling written content for various platforms.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, etc.).
- A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach when interacting with patients.
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or related customer service roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Email Marketing is a plus for outreach initiatives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
